Join us for a joyful, restorative weekend gathering of Jews of Color. Nestled in the serene mountains of Escondido—this is a time of Torah study and yoga, singing, learning, sharing and celebrating.

Kohenet Dr. Harriette Wimms is an earth-mending, divinely inspired, and creative life-altering Jewish faith leader as well as a highly respected, actively caring and impactful clinical psychologist. Kohenet Dr. Wimms doesn’t simply go through the motions but turns transformatively toward every person in and beyond her path, shifting our lonely planet from aimless wilderness to radical welcoming community, by her leadership and depth of profound care and hope. Wimms was the first-ever Jews of Color Engagement Fellow at any Jewish Federation with The Associated.
This women’s retreat is an invitation to gather for bold conversations, transformative learning, and the celebration of our diverse Jewish narratives. It is a a time away from the world’s chaos, relax, eat, do some yoga, take a walk, swim, do some crafting, and simply BE in the midst of nature, in Jewish community and the presence of HaShem.
